Text message consent

USA Home Repairs, a service of TradeStream Marketing Corp (9610 NW 24th St, Sunrise, FL 33322), texts customers only about their own request: scheduling a free estimate, confirming the address and appointment time, reminders, and updates on their job. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never buy, rent or share phone numbers.

How customers opt in

A homeowner requests a free estimate on our website at usahomerepairs.net/free-estimate by entering their name, phone number, ZIP code and the service they need. Below the form is a consent checkbox, unchecked by default, with this wording:

Yes, USA Home Repairs may call and text me at this number about this request, including with an automated AI assistant, and calls may be recorded. The local pro assigned to my job may also call me. Consent is not required to get service — you can call us instead. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The request is sent only if the box is ticked. Consent is not required to get service: the page also shows our phone number, (888) 996-7488, so a customer can call instead. A customer who calls or texts (888) 996-7488 first may also receive replies about their request.

Messages, frequency and opting out

Example: "USA Home Repairs: thanks for your free-estimate request. Your visit is booked for Tue between 8 and 11 AM at 123 Main St. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency varies — usually 1 to 5 messages per request.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop all texts at any time; reply HELP for help, or call (888) 996-7488.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
